In cases where we, as physicians, cannot find the opportunity to examine our patients directly, even if we do not prefer it, even if we cannot provide the warmth of face-to-face communication, we can meet online with our patients who are short on time, cannot come to the hospital or do not prefer it, or live abroad and want to receive health services from us. When our patients send us their documents, results, reports and even images through communication channels, we can arrange their medication treatments and share our views on surgical treatment options. Instances where we feel that there will be a medical deficiency in not meeting with our patients directly are our red line... In such cases, we definitely call our patients to the hospital for a face-to-face meeting.
